b) Folkdance parades in Kyomachi Street where old vestiges remain.

Sado Kanzo (yellow-day-lilies) Festival
(June 8)

a) Ono-game
b) Onidaiko, folksongs, Karaoke competitions and other festive attractions held on a background of allies of yellow-day-lilies. Also see Scenic Spots.

Hamochi Festival (June 15)

a) Sugawara Shrine, Kusakari Shirne and the Hamochi vicinity. 
b) Tsuburo-sashi, large-lion-costume dances, onidaiko and more. Noh performance is presented at the Kusakari Shrine in the evening.

Ryotsu Festival (June 15-16)

a) Ryotsu Shopping Arcades
b) Tug-of-war competition, Onidaiko and Mikoshi (a portable shrine).  All events are held in the evening.
 

Aikawa Kozan Festival (July 26-27)

b) Parades, floats and other attractions. Fireworks display and free KODO concert is scheduled for the 27th.
