Meoto-iwa Drive-in, a Roadside Restaurant

Our rest stop is accommodated in Hotel Meoto, just in front of Meoto-iwa Rocks, one of Sado's beautiful scenic spots. Inside we have a restaurant, souvenir shop, and an exhibition of classic chests and fine art collections. We are one of the best restaurants whose menu include Sado's original burikatsu-don, a bowl of rice topped with deep-fried yellowtail fish cutlets. We also produce our original natural salt which is made from mineral-rich Sado's seawater. You will find our elaborate passion in its quality, unmatched by artificial, ionized salts. Please stop by.

Yajima, Lunch & Dinner in Higashi-odori, and Yajima Old-style Grill & Bar in Sawata Beach 

Our restaurant in Higashi-odori offers Sado’s best kamameshi (a rice dish served in an individual pot) varieties for lunch and dinner. Our boasted yakitori (skewered grilled chicken or other meat) is only served in the evening.

Yakitori Yajima, Old-style Grill & Bar is situated in front of Sawata Beach and offers a taste of Japanese old-style bar & grill well suited for casual drinking. Please note that no kamameshi is served at the Sawata Beach location but we have Sado beef skewers. We both have menu in English. Enjoy your time on Sado Island!

Italian restaurant deVinco is run by prestigious German style sausage producer Henjinmokko. Enjoy our dishes, which use Henjinmokko sausages, Sado‘s produce and fruit.
